Faq How do I order custom-designed stationery?

Is there a flat design fee?
If you choose a current design offered by The Stamped Envelope, there is no design fee. Our designers can custom design any stationery, invitations, or baby announcements for $30. If you agree to let The Stamped Envelope sell your design in the future, the design fee will be $25. These prices do not reflect any of our wedding design fees and services.
Can I pre-order my envelopes?
Yes, for a fee of $8.
Can you print a return address on the envelopes?
Yes, in the same font and color used on your order. There is an extra charge of .15 cents per envelope for this process.
Can I order a different envelope then shown with the product?
At this time, The Stamped Envelope only offers white, square-flap envelopes. Contact us to have specialty envelopes ordered.
What if there is an error on my product?
If the error is the fault of The Stamped Envelope, we will reprint all of your order. If you have signed off on a proof or given verbal consent to the printing of your order, the products will be reprinted at your cost.
Do you provide a proof of my order before I purchase it?
After placing an order on our website and submitting your photographs to us at info@thestampedenvelope.com, your order will be desinged within 3 business days. A proof will be emailed to you and by returning an email with the word 'Approve' in the subject line, you agree to the version shown. Products take approximately three business days to print and will then be shipped UPS.
Do you provide samples?
At this time we do not provide any samples.
Can you help with wording on my order?
Yes, send an email to info@thestampedenvelope.com and describe to us your situation.
Can I use professional photographs for my cards?
Only with written permission from the photographer. We have professional photographers available if you would like to schedule a sitting. Visit us at www.Kalosphoto.com for more information. Special discounts are available if photos are desired for a birth announcements or Christmas card.

To have a current design offered debossed, a $15 layout and setup fee is charged and 0.25 cents per card is added. If you choose to have your product debossed without color, 0.15 cents per card is added.
To create a new design which includes a debossed effect, a $30 design fee is charged with an additional $10 layout and setup fee. The fees of 0.25 cents per card color debossing and 0.15 without color remain the same.
